Supporting the Community
Flowertown Festival is more than just a fun weekend—it’s the biggest annual fundraiser for the Summerville YMCA. Proceeds support local health and wellness programs, ensuring kids can participate in recreational sports and families have access to YMCA memberships.
This year, the YMCA is unveiling its new "Y on the Fly" van, funded by a $50,000 Boeing grant. The mobile unit will bring community health programs and food distribution to rural areas, in partnership with the Lowcountry Food Bank. Visitors can even sign up for volunteer opportunities on-site!
